Today's generation is very health conscious, they will do all yoga or else they go to gym for maintaining their body. Here are some physical fitness that you need to perform every day. Always have a walk for 1 half hour in morning and have some fruit juice or any vegetable juice. Drink 1 glass of milk along with any fruit. Do exercise or yoga after 2 hours. Don't sleep after having lunch instead have a walk of 30 mins. Practice some sports like cricket or football or tennis at evening. After having dinner have walk for 1 hour. Don't watch TV for long time and go to sleep early to stay healthy.
