Here are some physical fitness that you need to perform every day. Always have a walk for 1 half hour in morning and have some fruit juice or any vegetable juice. Drink 1 glass of milk along with any fruit. Do exercise or yoga after 2 hours. Don't sleep after having lunch instead have a walk of 30 mins. Practice some sports like cricket or football or tennis at evening. After having dinner have walk for 1 hour. Don't watch TV for long time and go to sleep early to stay healthy.
