ADRestore.net is a graphical replacement, written in C for the command line version of the tombstone reanimation tool called adrestore. Which lets you restore deleted things, users, computers, OUs from Active Directory.
Note that if you delete an OU with accounts in it, you will have to restore the OUs first then restore the accounts that were in the OU.
