First, check which security zone is associated with CRM - Add it to your trusted sites.

Then Tools > Internet options > Trusted sites > Custom Level
Scroll down to the ActiveX section and Enable all of them.

Error:
Errnum-2146827859 ActiveXObject(Wscript.Shell): Automation Server can't create object
