After a quick Google, it looks like something a HFer made. I am skeptical.

ESET is a very powerful scanner. Also Avast gets annoying because if you have false positives they do that fking annoying radioactive symbol blinking with retarded sounds all day long. lol

Woah ! Hang on ! No mention of Dr webs "Cure it" ?!? !? ?! :O
Dr webs EPM mode insures the functionality of the Anti Virus software even when your windows desktop is blocked by malware unlike ALL of the above mentioned ! ! ! It will also Catch several viruses missed by other Anti virus Giants Kaspersky, MalwareBytes,Spybot,Mcafee,Spyware Doctor Avast, MSE, Adware, Spydoctor, NOD32 and MCafee, due to its EPM mode capabilities ! Programs such as (GMER and aswMBR) detected malware in the boot sector, but wouldn't successfully remove them ! Caught 14 in 2 of my systems alone that all of the others missed ! ! ! :O http://www.freedrweb.com/cureit/?lng=en

Just come across a program called hitman pro from http://www.surfright.nl/en not used it so can't really recommend it. Comes with 30 free days trial but would mainly be used for clean up. Believe you can run without installing.
