I must admit, this is one of the worst machines I've worked on myself and I'm dealing with this crap constantly for a living. Don't get me started on those Fake AVs! What a nightmare.
It's not the end of the world when It's a single laptop, I can't even remember whos this was now it was that long ago, because you can always reinstall but that ofcourse brings its own set of issues. It's much worse when you get one that likes to spread through networks.. Now that is fun.
