I'd just like to start this review by making sure that people know... Pocari sweat isn't an energy drink as such, it doesn't give you extra energy (as caffeine, ginseng and sugar do) but more it replaces the fluid in your body lost by exercising, so in essence it can come under the same category.
Anyway, this won't be very long, there's not a lot you can say about a drink you were recommended by a fitness geek shortly before falling asleep. It tastes a bit like watered down pineapple juice, but it's a nice taste, rather than the rubbish flavoured water you sometimes get. On top of this it's not just hydrating, but it replaces the salts that are lost through sweating as well, as it's ionised
The only disadvantage I've found is the price, at £1.80 for a can the same size as red bull it's not entirely cheap, but it's the best stuff going for rehydration (and it's an awesome hangover cure)
