No. It isn't. My handlebars are tilted forwards, my frame is blue and my basket isn't reinforced by steel bars. Also, I'm a lot wider than that

They can stay forward, they just need to be taller.

Na, it's fine... If I had them much further back I would knock the handlebars with my knees. My legs are un-naturally long, hence I have the seat so high.

I don't lean down, if anything I actually lean back a little... It's hard to explain unless you've ridden a lowrider bike before, but it just works

EDIT: I just remembered you live in Manchester as well... Head to 27 Church Street in the middle of town (M4 1PE) and you'll get what I mean
