My top ten cydia apps are:

1) iFile

1) iFile - Allows the user to browse files through the ipod/iphone.

2) iBlueNova - Allows the user to send + recieve files via bluetooth

3) SBSettings - Allows the user to have a drop down menu at the top of the screen for quick toggles

4) OpenSSH - Allows the user to remotely connect to the ipod/iphone via SSH.

5) Mobile Terminal - Just like Command Prompt on windows and Konsole on linux

6) Safari Download Manager - Allows the user to download almost any file extension through Safari.

7) Infinidock - Gives the user a dock that can contain infinate apps

8) Infiniboard - Allows the user to vertically scroll on pages

9) Insomnia - Keeps the wi-fi on after the user presses the sleep button

10) Installous - Allows the user to download 3rd party apps
