Erisin ES788G Radio / Head Unit problem troubleshooting
Just a few things that I've discovered from using the product.
Error Message: "Video is disabled for your safety" when trying to view images or videos off USB / SD
Fix: Turn off brake detection in the settings on the radio.
Error: Radio sound keeps dropping out every few seconds
Fix: Turn off AF on the radio screen
Problem: When I try to play a video from the USB it says
Initializing, Unsupported format, Unsupported video
Fix: Use a supported file format.
The best supported video file I have found is, encoded using format factory.
Name: MP4 360p MPEG4
File Type: .MP4
Video Encode: MPEG4 (DivX)
Res: Autox360
Bitrate KB/s: 512
FPS: 24
HZ: 44100
Audio Bitrate: 128
Channel: 2
