0.o He mustve overclocked it a bit too much cause ive never know a CPU to cause shrapnel to go everywhere 
the force of a CPU explosion would be taken up in the fan, erm capacitors would be one of the most likely to go but they would just bang, no real force... so i am wary of that claim...
