User groups and the MM

Hey,

I've added and renamed a few User Groups, they are as follows in ranking order from best to worst.

Administrator - 10 Stars (Orange username)
Staff - 7 Stars (Purple username)
Moderator - 6 Stars (Green username)
MM - 1 Star (50 + posts)
Member - 0 Stars
Awaiting Activation
Guests
Banned

You now cannot view or post in the Members market (MM) unless you have at least 50 posts.

This is one of the reasons that i've made these changes, it also makes the forum a bit more customised as well as letting me see how many members we have that have made over 50 posts and helps me with stats.

MM benefits:

- Post in MM
- Can delete your own posts
- Can delete your own threads
- Get 1 star under your name
