I can design, but not implement, which would make finding a web design job extremely difficult... Most of these new "certified" kids on the block only have "qualifications" using Windows - it's like the course i'll be doing in a few months i'm guessing it's mostly windows - i'll be doing a bit of networking but they'll probably just let us roam free on a windows server..

Like Packet said, the UNIX system they have will probably be over 20 years old - only the good old fashioned techys will be efficient in using it.
