Virtualise a physical hard drive / convert to VHD

Found a really simple tool from the Sysinternals suite (Disk2vhd)

Doesn't require installing just run it (as admin) select where you want to save the .vhd file then tick the appropriate HDD (Physical) (Mine was attached via USB dock) then click Create.
