How to disable user access control (UAC) in Windows 7 / Windows Vista

I did this in Windows 7, it's probably the same / very similar to disable in Windows Vista.
This is one of the very first things you do after installing Windows.

Steps

1) Control Panel
2) User Accounts and Family Safety
3) User Accounts
4) Change User Account Contol Settings
5) Drag the slider to the bottom and click OK. UAC will then pop up and ask you if you're sure, just to take the..!

You can now use Windows without wanting to punch someone everytime you do something.
