Some good resources / websites for finding icons and logo ideas

For me, i can make websites or forums but one of the hardest things to do was choosing a suitable logo / design. If only i had found this site sooner.

There's a couple of hundred different ones on there and just this minute i've found another awesome white hat that could actually be replacing our current one, wait and see.
