My latest purchase:
"Kingston HyperX 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel (KHX8500D2K2/4G)"
As you do, i fancied an upgrade - previously i was running with 2GB Crucial Ballistix 800MHz.
After shopping around, the Kingston HyperX 1066MHz were cheaper than a lot of other branded 800MHz so i opted for them.
In total it billed in at £77.
They arrived this morning, took my old ones out (moving them in to another PC), put the new ones in, booted the PC and everything worked a dream.
So far, so good and in Ubuntu i'm only using 10%, that's 300MB. (I'm running 32bit OS)
