The System properties can be accessed by right-clicking My Computer and then selecting Properties. From here, you could change vital system settings. To disable access to these options, follow this guide. Note: This guide involves the use of the Group Policy Editor, which is not included with Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows Vista Basic or Windows XP Home.
