There are many reasons for wanting to do this, one being that disabling Log Off can help users to remember to shut down their PC at night. In this guide you’ll learn how to disable logging off from the Start Menu and Task Manager. Note: This guide involves the use of the Group Policy Editor, which is not included with Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows Vista Basic or Windows XP Home.
