One of my friends did a 12x12 in a day. o.o

And can do the normal 3x3's in less than a minute.

It's not about just solving it...that is the first thing you do. Making different designs and patterns is what I like to do. It is a stress reliever that requires focus. 12x12 cubes are made by third party companies only and if you intrinsically understand the theory behind solving a 3x3 solving a 12x12 is just more time.

That polyhedron pictured is known as a dodecahedron- I freaking love that word and have loved it many years!
