+1 for Samsung. Less than 24-hours after the iPhone 4S is released and they're already filing injunctions in Italy and France to prevent sales. Good for them. Samsung claim the 4S infringes on two of it's patents, for WDCMA communications.
Well done guys, I wish you the best in your getting your own back. BUT overall, I do wish these patent trolls would simply go away. The patent system needs to be completely rethought. Apple blocking the sales of a tablet that looks as much like the iPad as any phone looks like any other phone.
