I didn't even have cable tv until I was 7. They used to show Dr Who at noon everyday on PBS(Public broadcast station) when I was like 4. It came on everyday after Sesame Street, Mr Rogers, and reading rainbow.

What you should have done is spent it learning C, then coding games to play on (Everyone knows gaming is more important than TV)
