Woah, PC Tools is payed for you know. I use it. Comes with firewall, download guard and internet browser defender. 98% effective, and combined with Malwarebytes it's basically 100%

Not even close. It is actually closer to 80. Malwarebytes is not at all effective against ring(0) rootkits and the only ring(3) rootkit it can remove is TDSS variants. TDSS is a simplistic rootkit that comes packaged with mostly rogue a/v software.
